For this installation, we fitted a privacy locking system with an exterior VACANT/OCCUPIED indicator and metal lever hardware. When a guest locks the restroom from inside, the indicator changes to OCCUPIED. This lets other customers know the room is in use and helps reduce interruptions.
The installed hardware has a brushed metal appearance that suits the restaurant’s commercial setting. The lever provides convenient everyday door operation, while the privacy mechanism allows guests to secure the restroom during use without carrying a key.
