Restoring Cab Access Without Replacing the Lock
After verifying authorization, our technician inspected the driver’s door and locking system to determine a suitable unlocking method. The keys were inside the cab, so the job focused on restoring access while preserving the existing door hardware.
We used protective equipment and professional vehicle-entry tools to unlock the door without drilling the lock or breaking a window. Once the door was open, the driver could retrieve his keys.
After removing our equipment, we inspected the door seals and checked that the door closed and the locking mechanism operated properly. No lock replacement was needed.
The completed service allowed the driver to return to his truck and resume deliveries. Our mobile equipment enabled us to handle the lockout where the vehicle was parked.
